"Upon check-in. The receptionist could not location my reservation that was booked through expedia, and this further delayed us getting to our room. I had to dig into my email and find confirmation, and do all kind of screenshots and forward to this email address. It was too much. They took what was sent and allowed me to proceed. "The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun."
